Personal and academic references can be provided by any TWO of the three options. Please indicate from which two you will request recommendations and provide their email addresses below

An employer, former teacher, community leader, minister or mentor that speaks to your character

A recommendation confirming the community service with that a specific organization, when that community service occurred and the number of hours of community service performed in New Jersey (Bergen County preferred).

I understand part of the application process includes an interview. The mandatory virtual interviews will take place in April 2024.

I understand scholarship awardees must be present to receive her award. Attendance is mandatory for the in person ceremony to be held in June 2024.
